​I founded Kairos Multisport out of a deep passion for triathlon and a strong desire to help you achieve your goals and enjoy a rewarding training journey. After falling out of love with my career in IT management, I realized I needed to reignite my inner drive and return to what I love most - supporting and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
I work with a small number of clients each year - some new to the sport, others looking to refine their skills and fitness across Sprint to IRONMAN distances. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced Age Grouper, I help you make the most of your valuable time, by finding the right balance between training and the demands of everyday life.
Working with me removes the guesswork from your training. You'll gain clarity and confidence, and reclaim time you'd otherwise spend planning your own training. Your workouts are carefully structured around your strengths and development needs, designed to minimise injury risk and maximise fitness gains.

SWIMMING
Open Water Swimming, especially in a large group, can feel daunting, as can swimming in a wetsuit for the first time.
By creating a supportive and relaxed environment and using a local lake, which is shallow most of the lap, our 1-2-1 sessions will have you enjoying swimming outside in no time.

CYCLING
I have always had a passion for cycling since riding my first Tomahawk bike in the 1970s. With experience in mountain and road cycling, complemented by a Level 1 British Cycling qualification, I offer cycling and triathlon specific skills development sessions.

RUNNING
Whether you are running as part of the final leg of a triathlon, to improve fitness or training to complete a specific distance, there is a fine line between training too hard (risk of injury) and too easy (no fitness gains). With many years of experience in endurance running from 5km to Marathon I can support and motivate you in achieving your goals.

SPORTS NUTRITION
Nutrition is a key component of a successful athlete and supports performance, recovery and long-term health. Partnering with a sports dietitian brings depth of knowledge, experience, and the confidence of being guided by a registered professional. Rachel White, a registered dietitian, has wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting athletes reach their full potential.

Working together we combine your training and nutritional plans, offer a single service that takes away the challenges of attempting to work with two different coaches. Our relationship provides seamless communication, joined up planning, allowing you to focus on your training.​

Rachel White is a registered dietitian passionate about health, nutrition, and happiness. Having worked in the NHS for several years, Rachel has a wide range of experience and knowledge. Rachel is here to help people improve their sporting performance (from amateurs to professionals), weight management, healthy eating and nutrition support.
A passionate runner and cyclist herself, she loves to support clients to achieve their goals.
