MY STORY
Passing on the passion for Triathlon
I fell in love with triathlon in 2012 when at age of 45 my wife and I completed the Blenheim Sprint Triathlon. Since then I have enjoyed training for and completing up to full IRONMAN distance.

In 2018 I decided to get serious and competed in the Age Group qualification races for a place to proudly represent Team GB at the European and World AG Championships. It was a hard year, but a successful one and I am looking forward to wearing a GB trisuit at both Championships in 2019. Not only did 2018 expose me to another level of training and competition, it was the first year of not self coaching.

I now appreciate the benefits a coach brings both physically and mentally and this is where I'd like to help you and I hope you find the following pages and blog of interest.
