Kairos (Caerus) is the Greek God of Opportunity and the youngest son of Zeus. He is the God of the 'opportune moment', a moment in which 'everything happens', the 'time for action'. Having spent a number years developing my skills and knowledge the desire to help others achieve their goals has surfaced and today was my Kairos moment, the day in which this site went live and I took the plunge to go online.
However Kairos is not about me. I chose this name as it represents you having your Kairos moment, your time to take action. There may never be a perfect time to start, but the opportune time is right now.
Even if we never actually meet I hope you will enjoy my musings and passion about the swim, bike, run and probably a few other things.
